We hold relationships with various vendors who provide the solutions to various helpful services. Through these services we are able to administer things such as, service tickets, email filtering, antivirus (AV), remote support, and patching such as automatic monthly Windows updates. We have the capability to monitor all physical hardware remotely, including creating inventory sheets which tell us all of the information regarding the physical hardware. Handling documentation is an important aspect of network design and development, which we can provide in a detailed diagram with all essential information outlined.
